The online calendar has been designed to replace all the paper calendars that
the school has used in the past. It has several advantages over the
old system.
All school events for staff, students and the public are in one easily accessible place.
The calendar is always correct and up to date.
A large area of rain forest will be saved in print costs.
Control description:
The controls for the calendar are located at the top of the page. If you select nothing then the default view is Today and the next 28 days.
You must log in to view the calendar as some events are for authorised users only.
To view events of only one type e.g. term dates, select the event type that you need from the left most dropdown and click go.
To view a different date range, either select the From and/or the To dropdown and click submit.
The right most dropdown is useful for viewing common ranges of dates (this week, next academic year etc). Again select the item that you require and click go.
Both the dates and the event types can be can be used together eg. You can choose to view all Term Dates for this academic year by selecting the appropriate values and clicking go.
The compact button will squash up the view a lttle, useful for printing.
The lettings button will include lettings in the view (staff only).
